Key Responsibilities

Lead Development
- Execute targeted outreach and facilitate warm introductions to potential clients in the Retail and E-commerce sectors.
- Convert inbound interest and product-led users into upselling or more bespoke agreements.
Value Proposition Validation for Customers
- Support clients hands-on during Proof of Concept (POC) phases to ensure smooth evaluations and successful outcomes.
- Leverage POC successes to secure long-term, revenue-generating contracts.
Deal Management & Closing
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to convert leads into high-value customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing the entire sales process.
Enterprise Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives, innovation leads, and key decision-makers.
- Gain a clear understanding of their business goals and challenges to ensure Neuralk-AI’s solutions align with their evolving needs and strategic roadmap.
- Own the customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle—ensuring satisfaction, delivering ongoing value, and identifying natural opportunities for upsell and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full potential of our AI technology to achieve their objectives.
Technical Expertise & Product Collaboration
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of Neuralk-AI’s technology and articulate its value clearly to clients.
- Work closely with product and solutions teams to address client questions and challenges throughout pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales phases.
