  • As a Business Development Representative at Neuralk-AI, your mission will be to generate and qualify leads to fuel our commercial pipeline. You'll drive our outbound efforts—researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and launching tailored outreach campaigns to spark interest and initiate high-value conversations. You'll play a central role in turning our GTM strategy into concrete opportunities, with a strong focus on the Retail and E-commerce sectors.
  • While your main focus will be on lead generation and qualification, you may also contribute to more advanced sales discussions—helping prepare tailored proposals alongside the CEO or an Account Executive when needed. You’ll be part of a small, agile team where commercial impact is immediate and collaboration is close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & outbound execution: Identify target companies in the Retail and E-commerce sectors, source relevant contacts, and design personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify and nurture prospects: Engage leads in discovery conversations, assess fit with our AI solutions, and ensure a smooth handover to the CEO or an Account Executive.
  • Support sales strategy execution: May contribute to advanced sales discussions and proposal preparation, ensuring alignment between client needs and our value proposition.
  • CRM and pipeline management: Keep our CRM up to date, monitor key sales metrics, design efficient workflows, optimize automation tools and ensure a clear view of the pipeline at all times.
  • Refine outreach and messaging: Test, iterate, and improve prospecting sequences and pitch content based on market feedback.
  • Grow fast with the company: Seize the opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly, with a clear path toward an Account Executive role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Junior profile with Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, or equivalent) and 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles (internships included). Previous exposure to a B2B tech or startup environment is a plus.
  • Learning velocity: Strong appetite to learn fast, iterate quickly, and grow into a more senior sales role. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be ready to absorb fast and take ownership early.
  • Structured and analytical mindset: Ability to build prospecting workflows, write clear outreach messages, and manage data in a CRM. Comfortable tracking performance and optimizing based on results.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Ambition and drive: A goal-oriented, autonomous individual with a founder-like mindset. You're not just looking for a job ; you want to be part of building something big, and you’re ready to hustle for it.
  • Tech-savvy and deeptech-curious: You’re not afraid of complex topics, you’re excited by them.
