Neuralk-AI is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (full-time or freelance) to build and scale our hiring engine across both technical and business roles.

You will own the entire recruitment strategy - from sourcing the rarest technical talent to designing structured processes, while partnering closely with the founders and hiring managers.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our growth.

Mission Highlights

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Own recruitment across ML/AI, software engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, and business roles (Sales, DevRel, Customer).
  • Design & optimize best-in-class hiring processes, evaluation frameworks, and tooling..
  • Source and attract rare profiles in highly competitive markets — and convert them.
  • Act as a strategic partner to founders and hiring managers on priorities, trade-offs, and long-term org design.
  • Strengthen Neuralk’s talent brand, ensuring clarity, rigor, and excellence at every candidate

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both execution and strategy, and who wants to leave a structural mark on how a deeptech company scales.

Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end hiring
  • Own the recruitment lifecycle for technical (ML/AI, Software, FDE) and business roles
  • Craft sharp job descriptions and structured scorecards
  • Run fast, high-quality processes with uncompromising standards.
Sourcing & talent attraction
  • Identify, engage, and close top 1–5% candidates.
  • Build and nurture pipelines for high-impact, recurring roles.
  • Write thoughtful, personalized outreach that resonates with technical talent.
Process building & optimization
  • Define interview loops, evaluation methods, documentation, and ATS usage
  • Track hiring metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and improve continuously
  • Ensure consistency and quality across roles and interviewers
Business partnering
  • Advise founders and hiring managers on hiring strategy and sequencing.
  • Train teams on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation
  • Bring market intelligence and challenge with tact and clarity.
Candidate experience & employer brand
  • Represent Neuralk authentically and professionally at every touchpoint
  • Deliver a warm, transparent, and fast candidate journey.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts (content, events, communities)

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a tech or deeptech environment
  • Have successfully recruited for technical roles: ML/AI, software engineering, infra, data, FDE
  • Are equally comfortable hiring business roles (Sales, Customer, DevRel)
  • Skilled in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and outbound-heavy searches
  • Strong communication and writing skills - able to pitch Neuralk well
  • A structured, data-informed approach to hiring
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and iterate fast
  • High standards, low ego, and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus

Bonuses

  • Experience scaling an early-stage tech or deeptech team.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting analytics.
  • Interest in AI/ML topics and ability to understand technical requirements
  • Experience hiring across Europe or internationally.
